Members who use a non-Nymeo, Allpoint, or Co-Op machine will be charged a $1.50 fee by Nymeo in addition to any fees charged by the owner of the ATM.

Yes. For desktop users you may use the drop down arrow next to your name in the upper right hand corner, and select settings. Then select the notifications page and here you can add notifications for a variety of options. Mobile users will need to select the more button > options > settings > notifications to set alerts. Notifications can be sent to by email, by text or by push notification to your mobile device - its your choice!
Yes! Login to Online Banking on the desktop and select your Visa Credit Card account from the Dashboard. Your Visa Account Transaction details will open.
Yes. On the desktop click on the e-Statements widget on the left menu bar to enroll in e-Statements. You will be prompted to view the terms and conditions and accept. In the Mobile App, select the More button on the bottom menu bar and then e-Statements.
Absolutely! If you are logged into your account on a desktop, click on the Quick Apply widget on the left menu bar. If you are on the Mobile app select more, then Quick Apply.
The fee to send or request money depends on the amount on how quickly you want the transfer to occur. It is free to receive money through Popmoney.

Nymeo’s Automated Telephone System, known as NATE, can be reached 24/7 by dialing 1-855-436-4100 and selecting Option 1. NATE is also bilingual! You have the ability to use the automated system in English (press 1) or Spanish (press 2).
With NATE, you can:
• Obtain balance information on your checking, savings, or loan account.
• Verify transactions on your account.
• Make account transfers.
• Make a loan payment.
• Make a member-to-member transfer.
CardValet can be used with your Nymeo Visa Debit Card! Features available include:
• Real-time alerts to let you know when your card is being used.
• Define when and how your cards can be used by establishing controls for dollar amount limits, merchant categories, transaction types and geographical locations.
• Turn your cards off if you have misplaced them, and turn them back on when you’re ready to use them!
• Set spending limits for general use or specify merchant types, such as gas, groceries or retail stores.
• Establish controls by location
Review Balances and Transactions:
• Monitor recent card transactions anytime, anywhere in the card valet app.
If you are traveling out of the country you will need to notify us of your travel dates and destinations. This is critically important if you plan to use your Nymeo Visa Debit Card or Nymeo Visa Credit Card. If we are not notified your card may be blocked when you try to use it. Foreign transactions are blocked to protect your account from potential fraud.
You can notify us by submitting a travel notification in online banking. It’s convenient, secure and easy! Log into online banking, click on settings, click on travel notice, complete the requested information and submit! Please be sure to give us 24 hours notice before you travel (excluding weekends).
