As we reopen select branch lobbies, our focus remains on the health and wellbeing of our staff, members and community. Guided by principles of protecting the health and safety of our stakeholders, conducting your banking in our lobbies will look much different moving forward. Our branch lobbies on Buckeystown Pike and Thomas Johnson Drive in Frederick will reopen July 6th and our branch on Bank St. in Gaithersburg will reopen on July 20th. Lobby hours will be limited.

We have implemented extensive and robust cleaning protocols of our branches and are following all public health guidelines. Staff is required to carefully monitor their health, wear masks at all times, have proper hand-washing practices, sanitize equipment and branch spaces regularly and follow social distancing guidelines. We ask members to refrain from visiting branch locations if they are symptomatic, have been exposed to the coronavirus, or are awaiting test results. Members are required to wear a mask when entering a Nymeo facility and should use contactless and self-service methods whenever possible to reduce the risk to themselves and Nymeo employees.
We have evaluated our business hours and foot traffic and will be reopening the Buckeystown Branch and Thomas Johnson drive branch with modified hours. Lobby hours are Monday – Thursday 10am – 5pm, Friday 9am – 6pm and Saturday 9am – 1pm. Drive Thru’s will follow the same schedule, but will open at 9am Monday – Thursday.
At this time our branches in Adelphi, Germantown and Ft. Detrick in Frederick remain closed. We understand this may be an inconvenience to some members, and we hope you will utilize our digital services and ATMs during this time.
