Yes. In Online or Mobile Banking, you can have your Debit Card or Credit Card digitally displayed to use before receiving your physical card in the mail. This is handy if you are waiting for a replacement card in the mail or to reduce the need to use your wallet. This also allows you to access full card information and add the card into a digital wallet such as Apple Pay or Google Pay to begin making purchases prior to receiving it in the mail.
Here’s how:
- Login to Online or Mobile Banking
- Access “Accounts” tab and Select “Manage Cards”
- Locate the card image on the screen
- If the card hasn't been set up yet this will show as “Not Set Up” - with link to “Finish Setup”. If it is already registered, in will appear in the Active Cards Section.
- Click the card image to begin setup.
- Click “Card Activation”
- Click 'User Digital Card Display' to activate and view full card information prior to receiving a physical card in the mail.
- Complete MFA (multi-factor authentication) to view card information.
Once you receive your actual card in the mail, you must complete step for “Card Activation” again, however, this time you will need to activate using the CVV
NOTE: Both primary and joint credit cards will be displayed for both members. You only need to set up and register the card in your name. Only the last 4 digits of the card show to determine which card is which. If you need assistance, please contact us at 855-436-4100.
If you are traveling internationally and planning to use your Nymeo Debit or Credit Card, you will need to notify us of your end/return date only. No notification is needed if you are traveling within the United States. If we are not notified, your card(s) may be blocked when you try to use it. To notify Nymeo of your international travel plans so you can use your Nymeo Debit or Credit Card, please follow these steps:
- Log into Online or Mobile Banking
