The first five lines of your cell phone bill are covered with your Benefits Checking account!  To be eligible, you must set up your cell phone bill to be deducted from your Benefits Checking account. View the Benefits Checking Enrollment Form for more details on the coverage.  

If you need to file a claim for a coverage included with your Benefits Checking account, simply access the Benefits Checking portal, found here, to login or register.  

When registering, you will need the gift/access code that you were provided when your account was set up.  If you do not have the code to register, please email us at info@nymeo.org to request your personalized Benefits Checking code.  

The $6.95 monthly fee will be deducted from your Benefits Checking account on the first of every month, beginning on the 1st of the month after you have signed up!
