The new due date will be reflected in Online Banking and Mobile Banking beginning September 26, 2026.
Yes. If you make payments through your financial institution's Bill Pay service, automatic transfers from another financial institution, or any recurring payment service that you established, you'll need to update those payment instructions to reflect your new due date.
If your payment is automatically deducted through an internal Nymeo automatic transfer, no action will be required. If you're unsure, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.
Payments received before your new due date will be applied to your account as normal. If you have questions about the timing of your payment, please contact us so we can assist you.
Your new monthly payment due date begins with your October 2026 payment. Your notification letter includes both your current due date and your new due date.

As part of Nymeo Federal Credit Union's upcoming core system upgrade, we are making updates to the way certain loan accounts are serviced. One of these updates includes standardizing the monthly payment due dates for a limited number of line of credit accounts.
No. Your October payment is simply due on your new due date instead of your previous due date. After October, payments will continue to be due on your new monthly due date.
No. Your interest rate, credit limit, account number, and all other terms of your line of credit remain the same. Interest will continue to accrue in accordance with your loan agreement.
No. This change does not affect how your payment is calculated. It only changes the day of the month your payment is due.
