Effective September 2, 2026, we will be converting our core data processing system to a new and improved platform. This decision was made with our members in mind, furthering the support of your financial needs for years to come.
What is a core system upgrade?
At Nymeo, we always prioritize member experience. We want to lead the way on your behalf with best-in-class technology and easy-to-use solutions. We are upgrading our core processing system and supporting hardware to better serve you for the long term. This system is what we use to maintain your deposit and loan accounts, process transactions, and support services such as digital banking and debit cards.
Important Dates
Branch & Call Center Access
August 29th: Nymeo will close to all members at 1 p.m.
September 2nd: Nymeo will reopen for normal business hours.
System access will be unavailable at this time, and ATM’s will not be accepting check deposits.
Online & Mobile Banking
Will NOT be available from August 29th - September 2nd.

Debit & Credit Cards
Debit & credit cards will continue to work from August 29th - September 2nd. However, transaction limits WILL be in place; it is advised to have a back-up payment method available during the upgrade.
